QUALITY ASSURANCE OR MANAGERIAL & CONTROL PROCEDURES

Quality Control

Quality assurance is achieved through quality control. In order to achieve quality, the staffs assigned to do the job should have the necessary skill and experience to do the works. Quality control, which is a part of a quality assurance program, is a function that has for years been recognized as the inspection and testing of materials and workmanship to ensure that the work meets the requirements of the specifications.

Quality Assurance Organization

The project site will be managed by a project manager dully approved by the Engineer. As depicted in the attached Organization chart, different team of Engineers, foremen, supervisors and superintendents will be assigned for the project manager to assist him in accomplishing the overall goal of the project. Also, assistance from the head office shall be provided to the project manager for the proper and timey execution of the works.

Quality Assurance Measures

To execute the work which complies with the quality and accuracy of dimensions to the requirement of Design drawing and Specification, a quality control system with experienced staff, together with all necessary facilities to ensure adequate supervision and positive control of the works at all times, will be implemented at all stages of construction.

Quality Assurance Plan

At each stage of the project the Contractor will devise a means of controlling the quality of outputs of each activity by identifying the possible problems and measures to be taken for solution of each of the problems. The purpose of organizing our work by using a quality assurance system is to prevent mistakes and to improve our ability to deliver the desired quality.
